Rescinding Local Rules
Pursuant to Rule 2.215(b)(2), Florida Rules of General Practice and Judicial Administration, the Chief Judge exercises administrative supervision over all the courts in the circuit.
On May 16, 2007, the Twelfth Judicial Circuit’s Local Rules, as defined by Rule 2.120(b), Florida Rules of General Practice and Judicial Administration, were approved by the Florida Supreme Court. In accordance with Rule 2.120(c), Florida Rules of General Practice and Judicial Administration, the Twelfth Circuit uses administrative orders to manage the Circuit’s affairs, rendering the Local Rules unnecessary.
It is, accordingly, ordered that the Local Rules of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, approved by the Florida Supreme Court on May 16, 2007, are hereby Rescinded.
