Requirements

Order approving guardianship education course

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 744.3145, Fla. Stat., (2016), it is:

Ordered as follows:

  1. The course entitled “Guardianship Training” presented by State College of Florida is hereby approved.
  2. Successful completion of this course by a guardian will constitute compliance with the provisions of Section 744.3145, Fla. Stat., (2016).
  3. This administrative order applies to approve this course in future semesters until such time as the administrative order is revoked.
  4. This administrative order supercedes A.O. 90-08-5. Nothing about this new administrative order adversely affects the prior approval of those completing this class, regardless of whether the institution was then known as Manatee Community College or State College of Florida.
