Hours of operation are Monday – Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, closed daily for lunch 12pm-1pm. Walk-ins are taken on a first come first serve basis. However, appointments are highly encouraged. Due to technical issues, the Sarasota Self Help Center email account and book-an-appointment feature, are temporarily inaccessible. To reach the Sarasota Self Help Center and Law Library, please call staff at 941-861-8191. We appreciate your patience while we work to fix the problem.

Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Credits

The Lee E. Haworth Self Help Center and Law Library offers the Annual Survey of Florida Law recording to be checked out by lawyers. This survey set includes CLE credits in several topics.

Additional free CLE material can be found at the Florida Bar-sponsored website Legal Fuel.

Finally, attorneys may wish to inquire with their local bar associations as the organizations often have lending libraries available to members.
