Acting Trial Court Administrator
Pursuant to the power vested in the chief judge under article V, section 2(d), Florida Constitution, section 43.26, Florida Statutes, and Florida Rule of Judicial Administration 2.215, and to improve the administration of justice within the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, it is
Ordered that effective immediately, in the absence or unavailability of the trial court administrator, the 12th Judicial Circuit's chief deputy court administrator is named the acting trial court administrator. As such, the undersigned chief judge delegates the acting trial court administrator the same authority to bind the circuit in contract as provided in section 43.26, Florida Statutes and Administrative Order 2004-23-2.
