Small Claims Pre-Trial Conferences
in PIP Cases
On October 31, 2012, Administrative Order 2012-18.1, titled Small Claims Pre-Trial Conferences in PIP Cases, was entered for Sarasota County PIP cases only.
On July 8, 2022, this court entered Administrative Order 2022-07.1, titled County Court Civil Case Management and Small Claims PIP Cases, which applies to PIP cases in Desoto, Manatee and Sarasota counties effective August 1, 2022. As a result, the procedures set forth in Administrative Order 2012-18.1 have been superseded and are no longer necessary.
In accordance with Article V, section 7, Florida Constitution, Rule of General Practice and Judicial Administration 2.215, section 43.26, Florida Statutes, it is hereby Ordered and adjudged as follows:
Administrative Order 2012-18.1 is hereby vacated, nunc pro tunc to August 1, 2022
