Paragraph 4 of Administrative Order No. CC-86-05 is hereby deleted and in its place and stead the following paragraph is hereby substituted:
- The operator of the recording equipment shall maintain a detailed, accurate, legible written log of all proceedings recorded on each magnetic tape. The magnetic tapes, properly identified, together with the recording log, shall be stored in a secure place for the length of time specified in Florida Rules of Judicial Administration, 2.075.
