Judge Hankin named circuit representative of judicial networking group
Sarasota County Judge Shannon Hankin has been named as circuit representative in the Conference of County Court Judges of Florida. She picks up the role this year from Manatee County Judge Melissa Gould who represented the circuit for the last five years.
The conference is an organization for county court judges to discuss mutual problems and solutions and provides a unified voice when dealing with other branches of government, state agencies and the public. Together the group develops programs to improve the administration of justice and offer improvements for legislation when it overlaps with the administration of justice.
