Judge Mercurio's Zoom Video Conference Access Information

All court proceedings in front of Judge Mercurio are ‘in person’ in Courtroom 8-A.  Any expert witness testimony via Zoom requires a motion and court order by the Movant, submitted at least 3 days prior to the hearing. 

Important: Any recording of a court proceeding held by video or teleconference, including "screenshots" or other visual copying of a hearing, is absolutely prohibited. Violation of these prohibitions may result in sanctions, including removal of court-issued media credentials, restricted entry to future hearings, denial of entry to future hearings, or any other sanctions deemed necessary by the court.
