This is a managerial position focused on the technical overall operations of the treatment court labs of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit. The position requires a strong commitment to service and integrity. The person serving in this position reports directly to the Criminal Programs Manager. The Lab Supervisor is responsible for overseeing lab policies and procedures and supervising all lab technicians within the circuit. This position monitors lab budgets, trains staff, orders supplies, generates reports, and responds to requests for information related to the labs. Treatment court labs are independent of the programs they serve and therefore are expected to work diligently and independently.
Bachelor’s degree in criminology, toxicology, or another related field. Two or more years of supervisory experience required. Prior lab experience or experience in a medical field is desired.
